Hi dimka
I am using skin 1.1.39 800x480. Just wanted to change the startup (loading) screen but could not figure out how. I tried putting loading.bmp in brandig.zip file but it did not work. By the way, I am using IGO 8.3.2. I will greatly appreciate your advice.

Hi IMHK,
The file is located on "iGO8\content\skin" - open the "skin" folder and open the zip file corresponding to the skin you’re using-#@*%!uming you have more then one- then open "ui_igo8_da" - open the corresponding folder to your device resolution and replace the existing "loading.bmp" file with the one you like. If it doesn't work, that means you chose wrong resolution ...try different folder with corresponding image size ...good luck

Hello, DiMka, I'm a new guest in your site; very nice! I downloaded diMka ORIGINAL Version 1.5.33 and diMka Version 1.5.6a DTE, but I saw that they are no completed. Where can I find a correct version for these two updates? Thanks for your answer, ciao!

Are there instruction anywhere for how to install your skin for my IGo8.3.4
Do I need to change the sys.txt or anything? Where do I put the files from your skin? Do I need to unzip?
Sorry for all the questions, however everything I've tried doesn't work, and my IGo screen is the same as it always was, with no option with the "skin" button to choose your skin.

take the zip file and copy it into the \content\skin directory of the sd card. then go into settings, then menu and touch skin - from there select dmika and the unit will restart..

Hi is it possible to change the loading bmp in the dimka_hd skin. I can do it on the default skin but can't seem to find the loading.bmp within the dimka skin

There isn't one in the HD skin. Just add your own 800x480 or 480x800 bmp in he same place as the one in the standard skin and it will work.

Im a proud owner of a HTC HD mini cellphone.I have installed the iGO 8 but i hate the standard skin .Im wondering if there any possibility to make a resolution for this phone? The res is 320x480 or the opposite 480x320.

Hello,
I'm using the latest version of diMka skin (1.1.39). When I choose a location, in Route Editor, I see another one, named "noname". It's a little strange and annoying.
This does not happen If I use 1.1.26 version for exemple.
Is it normal? Is it a bug? What should I do for this not to appear? Could you fix it and make it not appear in the next version?

LE. I can not delete this "noname" location. It only disappears when I delete the location I introduce.

The 'unnamed' point is a side effect of the off-route navigation. In 1.1.37 and earlier that point was the GPS position listed as a street address indicating the 'start' of the route and also could not be removed.
When the off-road function was introduced it appears the skin lost the ability to translate the GPS location into a street address for display in the list. I will see if I can fix it.

First - Language.
Second - diMka himself is no longer skinning
Third - Demanding a new resolution is NEVER the best way to get it.
I MAY develop for that resolution...actually, prbably as I myself will probably wind up with one, but most of my time for the moment is being spent finding work and looking at Primo so I can't guarantee when.

There is a problem in 1.1.39 with speedcams. Using the option to edit the cams in navigation screen (3D), with the options to ask for new type and speed, editing a fix cam displays these 2 screens, but editing a mobile cam displays only the type of cam. GJSCEditor lists the modified mobile cams as having the speed 0.

There is no problem. Although I would like it to be different the value of 0 as the speed limit means automatic, so the camera gets a speed of whatever the speed limit is when the warning appears.
It appears the program cannot deal with mobile cameras with defined limits as when you try to edit a mobile camera speed limit (with a modified skin) you get a Fatal error and the change is not saved.
Even without a skin you cannot set the speed limit for a mobile camera.

Hi dimka. If u can fix a new resolution to your skin 320x480 and 480x*320.Im using this HTC HD MINI #@*%! with that resolution and i cant find any skin with that resolution.Default skin of IGO sucks.... I hope u will do that Greetings from Greece
